about

Born in 1986 in Western Australia, Kristy Anne Davis is a Perth based multimedia designer. Her work largely revolves around illustration, web design, digital graphics, Flash development, animation, as well as video compositing. Kristy holds a degree in Multimedia Design (BA) after graduating from Curtin University of Technology in 2006.

After graduating, Kristy spent a year working for glyFX and parent company PerthWeb, designing interface icons for companies such as Nero, and working on various web site designs. In 2008, Kristy pursued illustration and Flash development with Fundamental Solutions, a company specialising in the creation of site-specific operations manuals for organisations, particularly within the mining sector. This job often meant spending time away from home 'on site' for clients, such as mining giant Iluka, where a sound knowledge of key process steps and function could be sought out. During this time, Kristy also served as an occasional web designer for Fantasiser Studios.

Currently, Kristy continues her role as a primary illustrator and Flash developer for Fundamental Solutions, while advancing her web design skills through design studios such as iWD and Pixel Inspired. She also takes on various projects through her own business name.
